CLASS: Restorative Yoga Nidra

Practiced from the floor using blocks, blankets, and bolsters to offer support and comfort. Very gentle stretches held for longer durations are followed by guided Yoga Nidra meditation to take you into a state of deep relaxation, peace, and calm. First Tuesday of each month.
