We offer a variety of yoga classes to help you improve your flexibility, strength, and balance, in a warm and welcoming community where people of all ages can come to move, stretch, and relax.
Classes, primarily in the classical hatha yoga tradition, are suitable for all abilities. Our teachers are skilled in offering options to participants so you can participate at the level that works for you. If you’re working with conditions such as back or shoulder pain, high blood pressure, bone health (osteoporosis/osteopenia), plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, hip and joint replacements you’re safe here.
And because we know the body and the mind and the spirit all work together, these gentle yet powerful classes also provide natural support for calming anxious feelings, anxiety, and reducing stress. Science now shows us that even depression can be eased through movement, breath, and meditation, particularly in an inviting group environment.

Using the support and stability of a chair, this yoga flow and core-strengthening class is perfect for those with limited mobility, chronic pain, or recovering from injury. The use of breathing techniques will help destress and rebalance the body.

This gentle slow-paced class is for anyone looking for a meditative, peaceful way to calm the body and mind. This class includes a soothing blend of slow moving postures, alignment, strength building, flexibility, and breathing exercises that conclude with deep rest inviting a sense of peacefulness and connection to our inner being. Options are offered to make the practice your own. Expect to feel calm and refreshed. This class is perfect for beginners who are able to get up and down from the floor with relative ease, those on a healing journey, or folks who prefer to stay with a gentle practice.

Practiced from the floor using blocks, blankets, and bolsters to offer support and comfort, while reducing stress and more. Gentle stretches held for longer durations are followed by a guided meditation.

Yoga Basics is anything but basic. Yes, you'll cover the basics, but so much more. This is a perfect practice for people who are active and wish to stay active. It's a full body stretch, appropriate for athletes as well as those who think they can't do yoga. You'll come away feeling energized and refreshed.
