The winter season invites us to slow down, reflect, go inward, and embrace the darkest part of the year. Gather in community to celebrate the winter solstice, and the returning of light! Lindsey will weave together healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, rattles, drums, nature soundscapes, instrumentals, and intuitive vocalization taking you on a deep meditative journey sure to have you de-lighting in deep rest, bringing the body, mind & spirit into harmony.
