CLASS: Yoga for Your Bones
Join us as we explore the benefits of yoga when dealing with bone health issues. Whether you have osteopenia, osteoporosis or just want to take care of your bones, Yoga for Bones is for you. Specific Yoga postures, practiced in specific ways put pressure on the bones which in turn helps build up bones. Balance is also a focus of this series to help prevent falls which are a primary concern when dealing with bone density issues.
